Booking Policy:	A valid credit card is required at the time of booking which we will charge 1 night deposit to secure the booking. We require a credit card as security on the apartment or a $350.00 cash deposit per person with a minimum deposit of $1000.00. Cash deposits are refunded on check out once the apartment has been checked. Persons making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
Deposit Policy:	One nights deposit will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:	Cancellations outside 7 days from arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $30.00 administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days from arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations for the period 25th December - 4th January will be required to give one months notice. Cancellations under one month will forfeit payments and no refund will be issued.
Child Policy:	A child aged 2 and under is free when using existing bedding.
Noshow Policy:	NO SHOWS will forfeit the deposit. NO SHOWS for the period 25th December - 4th January each year will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Other Policy:	The booking is only for the number of people stated, quoted and paid for on check in. If we view/check that there are more than the total number of people booked for, there will be a charge of $25.00 per person per night for any extra people not booked to stay as per the original agreement.
